Cadillac Announces Issuance of Shares for Debt
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/24/15 -- Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CDC)(OTC: CADIF) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announced today it has agreed to settle obligations of $372,830 owed to vendors for services rendered to the Company by issuing 7,456,600 common shares of Cadillac at an agreed upon price of $0.05 per common share. The expiry date of the hold period for the common shares issued is December 25, 2015.
