(Oslo, 25 August 2015) EVRY ASA refers to previous communication regarding de-
listing.
The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee has considered the appeal from EVRY ASA
regarding the company's application for de-listing from Oslo Børs. The Stock
Exchange Appeals Committee has on 24 August 2015 passed the following resolution
(translated to English): "Oslo Børs ASA's resolution 15 June 2015 to deny the
application for de-listing of the shares in EVRY ASA from Oslo Børs is repealed.
The application is approved." The time of de-listing shall be determined by Oslo
Børs. EVRY ASA will inform further of this at a later stage.
