Since 1991, financial advisors are asked to rate their own broker-dealers in 15 different categories. The broker-dealers that receive the highest average rating from their advisors are named Broker-Dealers of the Year in four divisions based on their number of producing representatives. The Investment Center, Inc. garnished top votes and won Division II -- broker-dealers between 200-499 producing advisors.
The Investment Center, Inc. has won Broker-Dealer of the Year for an unprecedented six times by Investment Advisor magazine. Previous winning years were 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2014. In addition to this honor, the leaders in all four winning divisions attended an open panel discussion in Chicago, IL earlier this month that focused on a series of industry specific topics impacting the broker-dealer landscape. The discussions are featured in an extensive in the upcoming September 2015 issue of the magazine.
