Notification according to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act:
Mariatorp Oy ownership in Cargotec to transfer to new Mariatorp Oy
Cargotec Corporation has on 31 August 2015 received a notification from
Mariatorp Oy (Business ID 1948056-9) referred to in Securities Market Act
according to which Mariatorp Oy has on 31 August 2015 demerged. Following the
demerger the Cargotec shares owned by Mariatorp Oy, a company controlled by
Niklas Herlin, transferred to a newly established company Mariatorp Oy (Business
ID 2690035-7). Niklas Herlin's ownership in Cargotec Corporation via the new
Mariatorp Oy is 12.27% of the shares and 22.87% of the votes.
Cargotec Corporation received on 30 April 2015 a notification from Mariatorp Oy
(Business ID 1948056-9) referred to in Securities Market Act according to which
Mariatorp Oy had on 30 April 2015 signed a demerger agreement. Following the
completion of the demerger the Cargotec shares owned by Mariatorp Oy, a company
controlled by Niklas Herlin, would transfer to Mariatorp Oy, a company
established in the demerger. The registration of the demerger took place on 31
August 2015.
