DIAGNOS Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - BROSSARD, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/01/15 -- DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces that further to the closing of the private placement initially announced on July 30, 2015 for gross proceeds of $2,290,000, the Corporation has received the outstanding proceeds of $700,000.
The private placement is subject to final receipt of the TSX Venture Exchange approval.
All monies quoted in this press release shall be stated and paid in the lawful money of Canada.
