Family Memorials Announces Quarterly Principal Paydown
(firmenpresse) - THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/02/15 -- Family Memorials Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAM) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that pursuant to the terms of the 12% Subordinated Secured Debentures (the "Debentures") issued pursuant to the Debenture Indenture dated October 31, 2013 entered into with Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as Debenture Trustee, the Corporation has made a Principal Paydown in the amount of $627,625.50 which represents 15% of the Corporation's sales of $4,184,170 for the three months ended June 30, 2015. The ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the Debentures compared to the original outstanding balance of the Debentures is 1.446:4.000, which represents an outstanding balance of 36.16% of the original principal amount of the Debentures.
