Amsterdam, 4 September 2015 --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG",
EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce an interim dividend in respect
of the period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015 of ?0.10 per ordinary share,
payable on or around 16 September 2015, to shareholders of record on 9 September
2015. The ex-dividend date will be 8 September 2015. Dutch withholding tax will
be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.

AMG's decision to initiate dividend payments to shareholders reflects the
company's strong balance sheet liquidity, as well as the Board's confidence in
our long-term ability to generate solid cash flow.
