(AIM, PLUS, ASX: ENK) has received notification on 9 September 2010 that:
Neil Herbert, non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 900,000 Ordinary
Shares of 4p each through his self-invested personal pension at a price of £0.24
each. Following this transaction, Mr Herbert has an interest in 900,000 shares
representing 0.39% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
