According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period defendants issued materially false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that Overstock is a competitor; as a result, Wayfair's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times, causing Wayfair's stock to trade at artificially inflated prices.
