The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) the Company's manufacturing processes were flawed; (ii) that as a result of the flaws in the Company's manufacturing process, a number of the Company's knee replacement product systems were defective; and (iii) as a result of the foregoing, ConforMIS's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
