AGM Statement
Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that at the Group's Annual
General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to Shareholders by the
Board were duly passed.
Speaking at the meeting, Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman said: "The sentiments
expressed in the Interim Management Statement announced in August still hold. I
am pleased to reiterate that, as anticipated, Vp has experienced a period of
stability in its markets and the pattern of demand has been largely as expected.
Whilst we anticipate further challenges ahead, particularly in construction
related markets, the trading outlook for the year remains unchanged."
