Hudson Announces Grants of Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/09/15 -- HUDSON RESOURCES INC. (the "Company") - (TSX VENTURE: HUD)(OTCQX: HUDRF) announces that following the Company's annual compensation review which includes the granting of options, the board of directors has approved the granting of a total of 2,700,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees of the Company, as per the terms of the stock option plan. The options are exercisable at $0.50 per share and have a term of five years, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
