Outsourcing Services in Europe and North America 2015

year as a Leader for End User Outsourcing Services in Europe and North America
market according to their completeness of vision and ability to execute.
This report evaluates the abilities of service providers to deliver end-user
outsourcing (EUO) services, which includes a comprehensive list of desktop and
help desk outsourcing services. Gartner defines desktop outsourcing services as
services related to desktop computers, servers, the underlying network
