Mr Jari Ålgars joins Outotec on October 1, 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer
and member of Outotec Executive Board. He holds a degree of M.Sc. (Econ) from
Svenska Handelshögskolan i Vasa, Finland. Jari Ålgars has a long career in
various top leadership positions at Andritz, including both business leadership
and financial roles. He has previously also worked for Kone Oyj. Jari Ålgars is
born in 1964, and is Finnish citizen. His CV can be found at www.outotec.com.
Mr Mikko Puolakka, CFO, will continue working for Outotec until January
31, 2016, ensuring smooth transition of his responsibilities to his successor.
Mikko Puolakka joined Outotec in 2010 as CFO and member of Outotec Executive
Board.
Ms Minna Aila, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Corporate
Responsibility and member of Outotec Executive Board, will pursue her career
outside the company as of October 18, 2015. She joined the company and Outotec
Executive Board in 2012. She will continue her career at Nokia Corporation as
Vice President, Corporate Affairs. Recruitment process for her successor has
commenced and the nomination will be announced later. In the meanwhile, her
duties will be covered by other Executive Board Members.
