Fraser Institute News Release: New Study About the Effects of Court Rulings on Modern Land Claim Agreements, Resource Development Coming Thurs. September 24

The study, Mining and Aboriginal Rights in Yukon: How Certainty Affects Investor Confidence, examines recent court decisions in Yukon and studies the effects of those rulings on investor perceptions.
