55,000 Square Foot Long-Term Lease Signed New Customer for Highwoods
(firmenpresse) - RALEIGH, NC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/23/15 -- (NYSE: HIW) announced that Kimley-Horn, one of the country's premier design consulting firms, is moving its U.S. headquarters to Highwoods-owned One Bank of America Plaza in downtown Raleigh. Kimley-Horn will be occupying 55,000 square feet in the building the Company acquired in September 2014.
