ARIA Pension Forum Sports New Look, and Many New Features to Elevate Canada's Retirement Conversation

The Alliance for Retirement Income Adequacy's site, ariapensions.ca, has been relaunched and features a new look, and many new features to help engage visitors about the importance of pensions.
ARIA's blog was launched in late 2011. Since then, more than 100 exclusive interviews with noted pension experts have been posted, and thousands of pension-related news items have been posted. More than 1,000 people follow ARIA on Twitter - the handle is (at)ariapensions - including media, pension industry, public policy and investment contacts.
In addition to a new look, the ARIA site now features a scrolling daily pension news feed, all-new content, video, interactive features including polls, a calendar of upcoming events, and more.
"In my four years with ARIA I can't remember a time when pensions were in the spotlight as they are today," says ARIA's John Devine. It's clear, he says, that retirement income adequacy is an important topic to many people - politicians, labour unions, and investment experts. "Everyone has different ideas on how to deliver adequate retirement income - and at a time when few Canadians are able to save for retirement, and are dealing with record debt, this issue is gaining in importance," says Devine.
