iSIGN Media Announces Reseller Agreement With SageGuard Technologies, Parent of We Build Apps

("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ISD)(OTC PINK: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves brands, commercial locations, retailers and service providers throughout North America today announced that the Reseller Agreement previously written with We Build Apps, LLC ("WBA"), has been revised to include WBP's parent company, SageGuard Technology ("SageGuard") and to grant exclusivity for all transit authorities and companies, governments, professional sports team and stadiums within the State of Ohio.
SageGuard is working with Barons Bus Line ("Barons"), one of Cleveland's oldest and most reputable charter bus companies to finalize the details for the initial installation of iSIGN's Smart Antennas into their buses. This initial planned installation will be into 27 buses.
Barons has been in business for over 85 years and serves 70 communities in Ohio and 6 nearby states, specializing in college campuses and underserved cities, including the campuses of Ohio State, the University of Cincinnati and the city of Oxford, Ohio, the home of Miami University, serving thousands of tech-savvy passengers monthly.
It is the intention of SageGuard and WBA to use this initial Barons installation as a pilot project to the various transit authorities and companies throughout the entire state of Ohio.
WBP is currently pursuing approximately 180 universities and colleges to discuss Smart Antenna installations throughout their campuses as a method of communicating with their students.
