("Infinito") (NEX: IG.H) announced today that Balraj Sahota, Erich Rauguth and Stewart Hay were appointed as directors of Infinito pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on September 25, 2015.
In addition, the Corporation announces the appointment of Erich Rauguth as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Infinito.
