Glen Eagle Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/15 -- Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") -
The Company announces a $150,000 private placement at $0.05 per Unit to be allocated to working capital, where each Unit being comprised of one (1) common share and one half (1/2) common share purchase warrant at an exercise price of $0.10 per warrant valid for a period of 24 months following the Closing Date.
Under the TSX policy 4.1, the Company must publish the terms of its private placement, when it expects that more than 25% of the placement is funded by "insiders", for price reservation purposes.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its regulation services provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
