The annual net sales ofthe unit is some EUR 5 million and it currently employs some 55people. The sold unit serves the local edible fats and dairy marketsand has dedicated injection molding assets."This transaction supports Huhtamaki's strategic review of rigidplastic consumer goods operations", says Huhtamäki Oyj's CEO JukkaMoisio. "We will continue to supply the South African market in anumber of segments including foodservice, molded fiber and flexiblepackaging.
