1. SBM Offshore N.V. is a new member of DJSI Europe
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce it has been admitted as a new member of the
Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index (DJSI).
The Company started publication of a separate corporate social responsibility
report in 2007 and has participated in the DJSI selection process for the first
time in 2010, successfully becoming one of the four current members of the DJSI
Europe Oil Equipment & Services sector.

The annual review of the DJSI family is based on a thorough analysis of

supply chain standards and labour practices.
