Ingenico Group (Euronext: FR0000125346 - ING), the global leader in seamless
payment, today announced the appointment of Pierre-Antoine Vacheron as EVP
ePayments and of Nathalie Lomon as Chief Financial Officer.
Pierre-Antoine Vacheron will be responsible for development of online payments,
a business spanning the resources of GlobalCollect and Ogone. In his new role,
he will be in charge of worldwide deployment of that business, supported by
Ingenico Group's network and presence in all world regions. He will also be
overseeing all technologies and platforms for Ingenico Payment Services. The
appointment of Pierre-Antoine Vacheron fully reflects Ingenico Group's strategy
to position itself as the leading provider of innovative payment solutions
across all channels so that the company can play an active part in new trends in
commerce as they emerge. Aligning sales and technology issues will be a key
differentiator in the coming stages of Ingenico Group's history.
Nathalie Lomon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and will thus be
taking over responsibility for Group financial management from Pierre-Antoine
Vacheron. She will be reporting to Philippe Lazare, Ingenico Group's Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer.

Biographies
Born in 1965, Pierre-Antoine Vacheron has built up extensive experience in
operational and financial management at global companies. In January 2015, he
was appointed EVP Strategy, Performance & Finance at Ingenico Group, which he
joined in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, before moving on to head the Europe-
SEPA region in 2011. In the course of his career, Mr. Vacheron has worked for
such major global companies as Airbus and Alstom Marine. He also acquired a
solid background in retail and customer relations in B2C environments at ETAM, a
company he joined in 2006 as Chief Executive in charge of Finance and
Information Systems. He is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de
Paris and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.
Born in 1971, Nathalie Lomon has accumulated considerable finance and audit
experience at global companies. She was named EVP Finance at Ingenico Group in
January 2015. She joined the Group in 2010 as the head of Group Management
Control, and in 2014 was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Europe-SEPA
region. Ms. Lomon previously worked as an auditor at Mazars in 1995 before
joining the General inspection at BNP Paribas in 1999. In 2002, she joined
Pechiney, where she held a variety of positions including VP Business Unit
Controller in the Rio Tinto Alcan Aerospace, Transportation and Industry
business unit. Ms. Lomon graduated from NEOMA business school.
