Nick Friend leaves Nobia

After three years in senior positions for Nobia in the UK and France, Nick
Friend has decided to leave the Group and seek new challenges.

Roy Saunders will assume responsibility for Nobia's business-to-business
operations in the UK until a permanent replacement is found.
