(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/20/15 -- DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) today announced its October 2015 monthly distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per Unit (70 cents annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as at October 30, 2015.

Dream Industrial REIT owns a portfolio of 221 primarily light industrial properties comprising approximately 17.0 million square feet of gross leasable area in key industrial markets across Canada.
