Kitron - Allocation of options
(2015-10-20) In accordance with the resolution made by the general meeting held
22 April 2013, the Board of Kitron ASA ("Kitron") is authorized to issue a
maximum of 5 485 000 options to management employees in Kitron. Yesterday the
Board decided to re-allocate 1 360 000 options due to changes in management.
The options are allocated in accordance with the terms set out in the stock
exchange announcement disclosed by Kitron on 2 July 2013.
The board has granted the following leading personnel options:
CEO and President Peter Nilsson received 276 000 options in addition to the
1 500 000 he has been granted previously. After the allocation Peter Nilsson
holds 1 776 000 options and 175 000 shares in Kitron.
CFO Cathrin Nylander received 111 000 options in addition to the 600 000 she has
been granted previously. After the allocation Cathrin Nylander holds 711 000
options and 95 000 shares in Kitron.
COO Israel Losada Salvador received 111 000 options in addition to the 600 000
he has been granted previously. After the allocation Israel Losada Salvador
holds 711 00 options and 40 000 shares in Kitron.
Thomas Löfgren, Managing Director Kitron Sweden, received 92 000 options in
addition to the 500 000 he has been granted previously. After the allocation
Thomas Löfgren holds 592 000 options in Kitron.
Mindaugas Sestokas, Managing Director Kitron Lithuania, received 92 000 options
in addition to the 500 000 he has been granted previously. After the allocation
Mindaugas Sestokas holds 592 000 options in Kitron.
Tommy P. Storstein, Sales Director Kitron ASA, received 78 000 options in
addition to the 425 000 he has been granted previously. After the allocation
Tommy P. Storstein holds 503 000 options in Kitron.
Hans Petter Thomassen, Managing Director Kitron Norway, received 300 000
options. After the allocation Hans Petter Thomassen holds 300 000 options in
Kitron.
Zygimantas Dirse, Managing Director Kitron China, received 300 000 options.
After the allocation Zygimantas Dirse holds 300 000 options in Kitron.
