Vanstar Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/21/15 -- The Board of directors of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VSR) approved today the grant of 800,000 stock options to recently appointed directors, officer and consultant of the Company. The options are priced at $0.05 and are valid for a period of 5 years.
In other news, Alain Chayer resigned as director of Vanstar as of September 29. Mr. Chayer is starting a new business venture and will need to allocate most of his time to it. Denis Belisle also resigned from the board as of October 9 due to special projects requiring more of his time at his main occupation.
The board of directors wishes them the best with there new endeavors.
