Osage Exploration and Development Announces Termination of Registration
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/26/15 -- (OTCBB: OEDV), an independent exploration and production company focused on the Horizontal Mississippian and Woodford plays in Oklahoma, announced that on Friday, October 23, 2015, it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). The filing of a certification on Form 15 immediately suspends the Company's obligation to file periodic reports pursuant to the Exchange Act. The Company's termination of registration under the Exchange Act of its common stock will become effective 90 days after filing the certification on Form 15.
