Growing Storage Company Announces Six New Acquisitions
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- Colorado-based Red Dot Storage () announced today that it has completed acquisitions of six storage facilities in the Tennessee market. The new locations include Clarksville (2), Springfield (2), Greenbrier (1), and Old Hickory (1), totaling 2000 units and 221,000 square feet of storage for customers in The Volunteer State.
Red Dot Storage will be upgrading each property with a variety of enhanced security and access control features as well as a 24-hour automated rental center, LED lighting, and access controlled gate systems.
The new Tennessee acquisitions bring the total number of Red Dot Storage properties to 35, with additional locations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
