CST Hires Mark Mulima as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/15 -- CST Trust Company announced today that Mark Mulima has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Senior Canadian Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to this role, Mark will serve as Corporate Secretary of CST.
As Chief Compliance Officer, Mulima will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the company meet compliance responsibilities and applicable laws and regulations. His focus will include assisting the company in identifying and implementing enhancements related to the management and monitoring of compliance related functions.

Mark joins CST with a vast amount of experience in legal, risk and compliance leadership roles. He has worked extensively with regulators, most recently in his role as the head of the compliance and legal departments at Caceis (Canada) Limited, a company that provides hedge fund administration services to over 150 hedge funds. He also managed the company's anti-money laundering, terrorist financing review and reporting process.
