CSE: 2015-1015 - Notice of Declared Dividend - Ansar Financial and Development Corporation (AFD)

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/15 -- Ansar Financial And Development Corporation has declared a Dividend payable of CAD $0.03 on its Common Shares on November 13, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 6, 2015.

The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Ansar Financial And Development Corporation will begin trading ex-dividend on November 4, 2015.
