Further to the announcement today, 24 September 2010, of the interim results for
the six months ended 30 June 2010, The Hotel Corporation plc announces that the
interim dividend of 2.6p per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on 29
October 2010. The shares will become ex-dividend on 6 October 2010 and the
record date will be 8 October 2010.
