MPH Ventures Grants Incentive Stock Options

(TSX VENTURE: MPS) (OTCBB: MPSFF) (FRANKFURT: IJA2) (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to its stock option plan, the Company has granted incentive stock options to its directors and officers to purchase up to an aggregate of 555,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of $0.085 per share. The Company's 10% rolling stock option plan was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on October 24, 2014.
