East Capital Explorer receives EUR 9.4m from East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund

In accordance with the previously communicated liquidation of East Capital
Russia Domestic Growth Fund, East Capital Explorer has received a distribution
of EUR 9.4m from the fund. The distribution represents approximately 91 percent
of the Company's holding in the fund, and was transferred on 2 November 2015.
The remainder is expected to be received by year-end.
