ViscoDuo P 4/4: 2K-Dispenser for high precision dosing

(PresseBox) - ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH presents a new 2K dosing solution with a minimum size: ViscoDuo P 4/4. The valve-free dispenser is specially designed for a minimum of required space in automatic production lines. The optimal design of the installation space enables a compact system design of the dosing workstations and reduced production surface. Additionally the product design with the minimal necessary size offers an optimization of weight for a reduced essential lifting capacity of robot- or axis-systems.
As a special feature the ViscoDuo P 4/4 is unlimitedly cascadable for the realization of manifold dosing systems by small distances in dosing heads. The simple expandability of the mixing head units result in higher output volumes and a more attractive price scheme.
The 2K-Dispenser allows individual system configuration absolutely in line for the process. The components of the materials will be dosed with high precision into the static mixer in compliance with the mixing ratio. The setting of the required mixing ratio is carried out through the adjustment of the speed ratio of the 2K dispenser. Due to that linear relation between the dosing amount and the dispenser speed accumulations of material at the start and end of the dosing bead will be prevented. The flow-optimised design ensures a regular flow of material within the dispenser to avoid any quantity of material remaining into the interior space of the dispenser. Furthermore small internal volumes reduce the effort for cleaning maintenance of the dosing system. The programmable reverse-flow inhibits dripping or stringing of dosing material at the end of the dosing process whereby smallest smallest dosing amounts can be realized.
ViscoTec manufactures dosing systems and dosing components for semi-automatic and fully automatic production lines and assembly processes. For most complicated tasks users can draw back to well-engineered solutions and receive all necessary components from a single source. Dosing processes are planned optimally and synchronized to the particular case of application by ViscoTec ? for highest process stability and cost control.
