Triangle Industries Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/09/15 -- Triangle Industries Ltd. (the "Company") (NEX: TIA.H) announces that it has granted stock options to acquire up to 1,050,000 shares of the Company. The stock options are exercisable for a five-year term expiring on November 15, 2020. The options vest immediately upon the date of grant of November 15, 2015. The stock options and any common shares issued upon exercise of the stock options are subject to a four-month resale restriction expiring on March 15, 2016.
