Frantz Hired to Help Company Meet Increasing Demand for Predictive Modeling and Talent Analytics Solutions

(firmenpresse) - CLEVELAND, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 11/10/15 -- SHAKER, the market leader in custom simulations for , today announced the addition of industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologist to complement the company's growing Virtual Job Tryout® technology Design-Build Team as an analyst. In this role, Frantz collaborates with clients to define job demands, establish assessment content criteria and develop custom assessment experiences that deliver improvements in their quality of hire.

Frantz began her tenure with SHAKER as an intern, supporting the Client Insights Team by conducting talent analytics to document business impact from hiring data. She also contributed to SHAKER's Design-Build Team by assisting in the development of Virtual Job Tryouts for several Fortune 100 clients across a range of industries.

Prior to joining SHAKER, Frantz served as a graduate intern with the Austen BioInnovation Institute Center for Simulation and Integrated Healthcare Education, designing, implementing and evaluating simulation-based healthcare training. She also held the role of consultant for the University of Akron's Center for Organizational Research, where she conducted job analysis, candidate selection assessments, employee engagement survey administration and other data analyses. In addition, Frantz participated in the 2011 Procter & Gamble Company Graduate Student Seminar and held internships with J.M. Smucker Company and Johnson & Johnson.

Frantz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Arts degree in I-O psychology from the University of Akron. She is finalizing her doctoral defense at the University of Akron and is scheduled to be awarded her Ph.D. in I-O psychology in spring of 2016.
