Expansion of SurePower Innovation Implementation Enables Geographic Diversification and Growth for Madison Mutual Insurance Company

Madison Mutual is a regional provider of auto, home, farm and umbrella insurance policies, historically serving policyholders only in Illinois. Madison Mutual recently sought geographic expansion into Wisconsin and Missouri and knew the flexibility of SurePower Innovation and ISCS's prescribed agile project management methodology would enable rapid configuration and concurrent development testing.

Built using pre-integrated, yet modular, components to automate core administration (policy, billing and claims), streamlines critical processes, helps to create a more customer-centric environment, lowers operational and system maintenance costs, and provides greater ease of doing business through self-service opportunities and portals for agents, employees and policyholders. With SurePower Innovation in place, Madison Mutual achieved an 80-percent straight-through processing (STP) goal within six months.
