(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/13/15 -- Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (TSX: KFS)(NYSE: KFS) is pleased to announce that the proxies are in and shareholders' calls for change at Kobex Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KXM) have been answered.

It is expected that immediately following the meeting on Tuesday, the new board of directors of Kobex will commence implementing a plan of action to ensure long-term value creation, including:
