Abba Medix Group Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/15 -- Abba Medix Group Inc. (the "Company") (CSE: ABA) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of common shares. A total of 3,000,000 common shares were issued to an arm's length third-party at CDN$0.10 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN$300,000.
The net proceeds of the Financing will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Common Shares issued pursuant to the Financing are subject to a four-month hold period under applicable securities laws.
