(the "Company") announces that it proposes to change its corporate name to "Yaletown Energy Capital Corp." effective December 4, 2015 or such other date set by the directors. The name change has been approved by the board of directors. The new ISIN for the Company's shares will be CA 98459P1045 and the new CUSIP will be 98459P104.
