Madison Venture Corporation Acquires Shares of Glacier Media Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/15 -- Madison Venture Corporation ("Madison") announces that it has acquired 799,500 common shares of Glacier Media Inc. ("Glacier") through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of $0.80 per common share. The acquired common shares represent approximately 0.90% of Glacier's outstanding common shares. Following the acquisition, Madison and its affiliates own, directly or indirectly, 26,529,542 Common Shares of Glacier, which represents approximately 29.78% of Glacier's outstanding common shares, and own warrants to acquire an additional 1,115,000 common shares of Glacier at a price of $4.48 per share. The common shares were acquired for investment purposes.
