APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

The Board of Directors of Wentworth Resources Limited (OSX ticker: "WRL") is
pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey P. Bury as the Company's new
Chief Operating Officer.
Geoff is a veteran senior executive with over 25 years of international public
and private company management experience. He joins Wentworth Resources from
Voyager Energy Limited (recently amalgamated with Niko Resources) where he was
Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2010.
"Geoff's experience with public and private oil & gas company management and
petrochemical project development is significant and valuable for the future
development of Wentworth Resources. We are delighted to include him in our
management team," said Robert McBean, Chairman and CEO of Wentworth Resources.
Geoff's experience and merits include:
1. BSc in Commerce from University of Alberta;
2. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta since 1984;
3. Experience with start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions,
restructurings, and divestitures;
4. Strong petrochemicals project development and project management skills;
5. Securing oil & gas exploration opportunities;
6. Former Finance Manager of Qatar Fuel Additives Company (QAFAC), a
world-scale methanol and MTBE production facility is Mesaieed, Qatar; and
7. Key member of the QAFAC team that arranged USD 750 million in expansion
project finance
Geoff's appointment is with immediate effect.
