Klövern acquires and divests properties in Malmö

In order to further focus the property portfolio Klövern has divested the
project properties Gjuteriet 21 and Gjutformen 1 in Malmö for a total of SEK
160 million. The properties which are located in Limhamn consist of building
rights for housing amounting to more than 20,000 sq.m. (gross area). Transfer of
possession will be on 1 June 2016. Final payment will be made when the project
is completed.

Klövern has also acquired the site leasehold to Spindeln 2 in the eastern part
of Malmö for SEK 47 million. This office- and warehouse building has a lettable
area of 7,250 sq.m and is almost fully let, with among others HSB Malmö and
Capio Närsjukvård as tenants. The average remaining lease term amounts to 4.5
years. Transfer of possession took place on 1 December.

The property is a good complement to Klövern's other properties in the vicinity.
