DiaMedica Issues Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/02/15 -- DiaMedica Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DMA)(OTCQB: DMCAF), announces that the Board of Directors has granted options to purchase 2,694,000 common shares of the Corporation to the Company's management, directors and staff at an exercise price of $0.15 per share. These options were awarded in accordance with the Company's stock option plan for a ten-year term. A portion of the option issuance is in lieu of cash compensation.
