Free float Refresco Gerber increased to 59%
* Refresco Gerber's three largest shareholders Ferskur Holding 1 B.V., Tamoa
Limited and 3i (through 3i GC Holdings Ref 1 S.à.r.l. and 3i GC Holdings Ref
2 S.à.r.l.) have sold 8 million shares in an accelerated bookbuilding
process
* Free float increases to approximately 59%
Rotterdam, the Netherlands - Refresco Gerber N.V., the leading European bottler
of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and A-brand owners, announces an
increase of the free float. Refresco Gerber's three largest shareholders have
informed the company that they have placed 8 million shares, representing 9.9%
of Refresco Gerber's ordinary share capital, with institutional investors in an
accelerated bookbuilding process.
The remaining direct combined ownership of Ferskur Holding 1 B.V., Tamoa Limited
and 3i (through 3i GC Holdings Ref 1 S.à.r.l. and 3i GC Holdings Ref 2 S.à.r.l.)
amounts to approximately 30.6 million shares, representing 37.7% of the ordinary
share capital.
Following the transaction the free float increased from approximately 49% to
59%. The transaction was led by the Joint Global Coordinators and Bookrunners
ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) and J.P. Morgan Securities
plc.
