CryptoSign Appoints Corporate Business Development Officer
(firmenpresse) - OREM, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 12/07/15 -- On December 4, 2015, CryptoSign, Inc. (OTCQB: CPSN) announced that Morten Krarup was appointed as its Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Krarup will lead corporate business development and market research.
On November 30th, 2015, CryptoSign completed an acquisition of NABUfit Global ApS, which develops a state-of-the-art online fitness platform and mobile applications. In connection with at acquisition, Mr. Krarup became a major shareholder and was appointed as a director of CryptoSign, Inc. Mr. Krarup was a founding member of NABUfit Global ApS and is one of the key developers of the concept behind its NABUfit product offerings. The appointment of Mr. Krarup as the Chief Business Development Officer will expand his role with the Company and help the Company continue to develop, market and expand its products and services.
Mr. Krarup recently served as a Completion and Well Intervention Engineer at Weatherford Denmark. Since 2002, Mr. Krarup has been engaged in Business Development, Project Management and Operations in the oil and gas industry in Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and UK.
CryptoSign () is a US smaller reporting public company that recently acquired NABUfit Global ApS, a Danish company. As a result of the acquisition, NABUfit Global ApS is a wholly owned subsidiary of CryptoSign and the operations of NABUfit Global ApS constitute the only operations of CryptoSign. NABUfit Global ApS develops a state-of-the-art online fitness platform and mobile applications with the option of connecting existing and future monitoring devices (wearables etc.) to the platform and applications. NABUfit features input from professional and amateur mentors and world-class sport stars on its on-line portal. The product is designed to integrate with the Microsoft Xbox Kinect, which records and measures training performance. This monitoring allows feedback to the user and provides an improved user experience as well as motivation for improving personal performance.
