Americas Petrogas Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/15 -- Americas Petrogas Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BOE), (the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,960,000 stock options, of which 1,480,000 stock options were granted to directors and officers of the Company. Each stock option represents the right to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.25 per common share. The stock options vest over two years and expire on December 14, 2020.
