New capabilities in Avalanche 5.2 provide further sophistication in terms of reporting, organizing devices, security, location-based services and two-way messaging between an administrator and device user. Architecture changes provide the path for better integration with smartphone and tablet support, Avalanche Managed Services and Avalanche On Demand.
