IDM Mining to Transfer from TSX to TSX Venture Exchange
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/15 -- IDM Mining Ltd. (TSX: IDM) (the "Company") announces that it has applied to list the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and to voluntary delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company will issue an update in due course.
The decision to move to the TSXV was made in order to reduce annual administrative costs and to provide greater financing flexibility as the Company pursues its growth strategy.
